We mainly service neighbourhoods and cities around the Greater Toronto Area. Please review the list below to confirm whether your recipient’s location is eligible for our delivery service. Residential deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST, while business deliveries are completed between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM EST.

DELIVERIES TO RESIDENTIAL HOMES & CONDOS

We provide delivery service to residential homes and condos, making it easy to send flowers and gifts directly to your recipient. Residential deliveries are made between 12 noon and 8:00 PM at the latest. For these deliveries, our drivers will usually contact the recipient to let them know that a delivery is being made. For condo deliveries, please make sure a buzzer code is provided so the driver can access the building and avoid any delivery complications. For most residential deliveries, if the recipient is unavailable, the gift may be placed at the front doorstep.

DELIVERIES FOR OFFICES

Deliveries to offices and business locations are typically completed between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. While this is a smaller delivery window, we will do our best to prioritize your order within this timeframe. When possible, please inform the recipient that they should expect a delivery so they are available to receive the gift at the office. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the gift with reception or another designated office representative when appropriate.

DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS, FUNERAL HOMES, AND HOTELS

We offer delivery to hospitals, funeral homes, and hotels. When selecting your delivery date, we strongly recommend making sure the recipient or another designated person will be available to receive the gift. Also, to help prevent delays & complications, please provide the room number, department, suite, or event details when applicable, and inform the recipient ahead of time that a delivery is on its way.
