We will attempt redelivery again, one additional time (most likely the next day). Flowers are perishable, and in the occasion that delivery is failed and it is not due to our fault we will still attempt to deliver the same flowers.

In the occasion that failure of delivery was our fault, we will replace the flowers at our own cost so ensure the freshest flowers possible.

If multiple deliveries fail then we will not be able to offer a refund due to the nature of perishable products. Our drivers are paid once the order is picked up, we cannot refund that fee once the delivery has been attempted.
