Since every arrangement is made with natural flowers, exact varieties may vary slightly based on seasonal availability. We service neighborhoods and cities around the Greater Toronto Area. Residential deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST, while business deliveries are completed between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM EST.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, only that it will come within that range. That being said, we always strive to delivery as soon as possible.

Step 1: Unwrap Your Flowers Carefully

Gently remove any packaging around your flower arrangement. Be careful not to pull or bend the stems, petals, or greenery while unwrapping. With proper care, some flowers may continue to open and fully bloom within 24–48 hours, allowing your arrangement to look even fuller and more beautiful.

Step 2: Trim the Stems

Grab some clean scissors or floral shears and snip about 1 inch off the bottom of each stem at an angle. This little haircut helps your flowers drink up water more easily!

Step 3: Place Flowers in Fresh Water

Fill a clean vase with fresh, room-temperature water and pop your flowers in. Make sure no leaves are sitting below the waterline. Those can get a bit messy and cause bacteria.

Step 4: Add Flower Food

Your flowers will come with a packet of flower food, mix it into the water as directed. It’s like a tasty snack that keeps your blooms happy and the water fresher for longer!

Step 5: Refresh the Water Regularly

Give your flowers fresh water every 1–2 days. While you’re at it, rinse out the vase and remove any wilted leaves or petals to keep things nice and clean.

Step 6: Choose the Right Spot

Find a cozy spot for your flowers! Place it somewhere cool and away from direct sunlight, heat, or breezy vents. Oh, and keep them away from fruit too. Ripening fruit can make flowers fade faster!
